For general consent

Data processing that a hotel requires from a customer is often acceptable if limited to what is required to prepare for and fulfill a contract.

However, on this basis, no particular customer data (e.g., data related to the physical or mental condition of a customer, including restricted mobility or pregnancy, sex life, religion, and beliefs) may be processed. For this reason, in many cases it is also recommended to obtain the legal basis as an explicit, precise and legally valid consent of the person concerned. In this way, one can secure the processing of further data of the person concerned, so that the personal wishes and needs of the customer can be taken into account again and again.

I agree in my own name that the Juventus Hotelbetriebs- und Handels-Gesellschaft m.b.H. (hereinafter „Hotel“) collects my personal information, in particular

  • Master data (last name, first name, main residence, address, e-mail address, telephone and fax numbers, professional and private contact details including contact persons and their function, place of birth, date of birth, customer number, language and license plate as well as car model)
  • the data in identity documents (e.g., travel document, identity card, driver’s license, etc., including issuing authority and duration, nationality)
  • Arrival and departure date and duration, room number
  • the services and personal preferences I request (such as food or pillow requests), allergies, intolerances, special needs, and customer or special requests, date and type of services used and consumed, including particular categories of data
  • the data on payment methods and in connection with payments, in particular with debit cards, credit cards and bank cards
  • Customer feedback
  • Data with picture / sound recording

  • Reservation of rooms and tables and other services, booking of rooms and services in the hotel and catering industry and their implementation, handling and invoicing thereof and of other hotel services and services (B2B, B2C, FIT)
  • Customer care including all necessary correspondence, processing of customer requests, activity allocation
  • Booking and planning of events and events of all kinds
  • Arranging and providing transport services and rental vehicles
  • Operation of wellness and fitness facilities, including appointments, group training, booking of additional services, advice to the customer, use of computer-controlled training equipment
  • Video surveillance of all access to the hotel, all outside areas of the hotel and generally accessible premises within the hotel building and associated ancillary buildings such as security parks, e.g. for the protection of persons and property, in particular the property of the hotel guests and the hotel.

I want my services related to the use of the hotel to be as effective and time-saving as possible, and that my special customer wishes may be taken into account. For the purpose of my optimal care, I wish that

  • all my data mentioned in this statement about the duration of my business relationship with the hotel and
  • maximum 3 years beyond the longest statutory storage requirement applicable to the hotel
  • be allowed to stay stored,
  • so that this data is processed in the event of a new request of the hotel I requested and
  • may be transmitted to third parties to the extent required.

I have been informed that I am entitled to withdraw this consent at any time in whole or in part from the hotel.

I am aware that the privacy policy of the hotel can be accessed on its web portal and I hereby confirm that I have read and understood it and agree with it.
